I'm going to be in Los Angeles, how can I visit your store?
If you are in the Los Angeles area, we invite you to visit our store. We are located at 402 N. La Cienega Blvd., one block north of the Beverly Center. Our business hours are 10:00AM until 7:00PM, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Please note that Trashy Lingerie is a private store and there is a $2 membership fee.
How can I join or remove my name from your mailing list?
If you would like to join our mailing list, click the join trashy mailing list link on the front page. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list send an email to sales@trashy.com
Does Trashy have a catalog?
No, we do not have a mail order catalog. Trashy's designers are always coming up with new designs and we feel that a printed catalog would be outdated by the time it arrives in your mailbox. The internet is the first medium that can keep up with the speed of our trend setting ways. For a comprehensive look at our products, please visit our on-line catalog section.

I saw one of your garments on a television special but I can't seem to find it on the site - does that mean it's unavailable?
Almost anytime you see a model or actress wearing Trashy items on television we have the item available on our site. Occasionally there are items that were made with fabrics that are no longer available to us so we are unable to offer the garments to you.
Are your garments really made to order?
Yes, all on our non-bargain items really are made to order. Every item you order is custom made for you by our fine staff of seamstresses.
Do you carry plus sizes?
At this time we do not carry plus sizes but we do plan to introduce a plus size line in the future. At Trashy we believe sexy is a state of mind and that women of all sizes are beautiful.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on orders of all regular items. Orders for bargain items should arrive in less than 2 weeks, depending upon stock on hand of each item. For autographed or certified items, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
Why do regular orders take so long to arrive?
Every Trashy garment you order (excluding bargain items) is custom made for you by our on-site seamstresses. Because we pride ourselves on providing the best merchandise possible, we do not rush the manufacturing process.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to locations in California at the state rate of 8.25%
How can I place an order?
We have both an on-line and off-line method for placing orders, depending upon your payment and security preference.
To complete your order once you have placed items in your shopping cart, simply click on the CHECKOUT button at the top of each page. This begins your five step checkout process. Step one asks you to agree to our return policy. If you agree, then you proceed on to step two where you will be asked to choose your shipping location and the shipping method for you order. Step three of your checkout requires you to choose between placing your order on-line or off-line. On-line orders require a credit card for payment. Off-line orders are sent by you at your leisure and may be paid by credit card, check or money order.
If you choose to place your order on-line, simply fill out our on-line form in step four and submit your order by clicking the "submit order" button on the bottom of the page. Once your order is sent, you will receive an electronic receipt via email and will see a confirmation screen thanking you for your order.
If you choose to place your order off-line, simply print out your order form, fill in your information and then send your order with payment to us via mail, fax or phone.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for both on-line and off-line orders. We also accept checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank for off-line orders.
How do I know you received my on-line order?
You can be sure your order was placed if, after clicking on submit order in step four, you are automatically forwarded to step five and see our "Thank You for Your Order". If you supplied an email address you will also receive an electronic receipt from sales@trashy.com confirming your order.
Why didn't I receive and electronic receipt?
It's possible that when you entered your email address there may have been a typing error and our mail server was unable to send the confirmation to you. Also, if you did not specify an email address and choose the default of noemail@trashy.com instead, we are unable to send an electronic receipt to you.

What is the difference between express and regular shipping?
Regular shipping is sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Express shipping is sent via USPS Express Mail.
Please note: By choosing Express Delivery, only the delivery time is expedited, not the production time of the garments. All Express orders for regular, non-bargain, still require 2-4 weeks for production.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we gladly accepted International orders (including the Virgin Islands and Canada). Shipping charges for all International orders are an additional $30 on top of our regular shipping charges and all orders are sent via USPS Global Express Mail.
Are taxes and duties included on International orders?
Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Does it say "Trashy Lingerie" on your packaging?
We understand the sensitivity of our customers privacy and therefore we do not include our name on our packaging. All orders sent from us are sent in USPS packaging with simply our return address listed.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the subtotal price of your order. For more on our shipping charges, please visit our shipping information section.

What is your return policy?

In order to make a return or exchange, a request for a return authorization number must be sent to customerservice@trashy.com and issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Trashy Lingerie designs and manufactures all Trashy Original lingerie and clothing in our one and only store in Los Angeles.

RETURN POLICY FOR TRASHY MADE ITEMS:
Any items purchased from Trashy.com may be exchanged for size or color only. A return authorization number is required and must be issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser. Any orders cancelled after production has already begun will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of the receipt of order.

RETURN POLICY FOR BARGAIN ITEMS:
Bargain items may not be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened. Bargain items authorized for return will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of order.
All orders cancelled after credit card processing will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
All exchanges must be accompanied by an authorization number issued by Trashy.com.

RETURN POLICY FOR SHOES:
Trashy.com must receive shoe cancellations via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of when the order was placed to avoid incurring a restock fee. All cancellations will be issued a cancellation conformation number. Cancellation conformation numbers will be issued within 24 hours of contacting our office, please note your cancellation had not been verified until you receive conformation. Customers must retain this number to insure proper processing of their credit.
Any shoe orders cancelled after 24 hours will be a charged a 50% restocking fee. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of order.

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS:
There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items, all sales are final, no exceptions.
