In order to make a return or exchange, a request for a return authorization number must be sent to trashy.lingerie.info@gmail.com and issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Once authorization has been issued, merchandise must be returned within 7 days.

A return authorization number is required and must be issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser. All orders cancelled after production has begun on Trashy Originals will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
