In order to make a return or exchange, a request for a return authorization number must be sent to trashy.lingerie.info@gmail.com and issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Once authorization has been issued, merchandise must be returned within 7 days.

RETURN POLICY FOR COSTUMES AND COSTUME ACCESSORIES

Costumes and costume accessories can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns MUST be made within 3 DAYS of receipt of delivery. NO REFUNDS.

RETURN POLICY FOR TRASHY ORIGINAL ITEMS

All items (excluding sale items) purchased from Trashy.com may be exchanged for size or color only one time. A return authorization number is required and must be issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser. All orders cancelled after production has begun on Trashy Originals will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY FOR OFF-BRAND ITEMS

Packaged items may not be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened. Items authorized for return/cancellation will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY FOR SHOES

Trashy.com must receive shoe cancellations via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid incurring a 50% restocking fee. Please note your cancellation has not been verified until you receive an emailed conformation. Customers must retain this email to guarantee proper processing of their credit. Any shoe orders cancelled after 24 hours will be a charged a 50% restocking fee.
