All items (excluding sale items) purchased from Trashy.com may be exchanged for size or color only one time. A return authorization number is required and must be issued from Trashy.com to the purchaser. All orders cancelled after production has begun on Trashy Originals will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
RETURN POLICY FOR OFF-BRAND ITEMS
Packaged items may not be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened. Items authorized for return/cancellation will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Trashy.com must receive shoe cancellations via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid incurring a 50% restocking fee. Any shoe orders cancelled after 24 hours will be a charged a 50% restocking fee.
